Attorney Sought to Reopen the 2013 Settlement in the Brooke Melton Case

Mr. Cooper said he had received notification of GM’s intentions to ask a Georgia judge to move proceedings in the Melton case to New York.
“GM CEO Mary Barra apologizes to the victims and then her company does this,” attorney Lance Cooper said.
