4 People Suffer Injuries in Car Accident

When a vehicle collision occurs on the road it is always dangerous and there is always a risk of injuries. In the worst case scenario death may result from a serious car crash. However, the more vehicles involved in the crash the more dangerous the incident becomes. This was apparent when three vehicles were involved in a recent car accident in Georgia which resulted in four injuries.

The crash happened at approximately 5:30 p.m. in mid-June, according to reports released by the state police. The incident involved a passenger car, two trucks and a mini-cooper. The mini-cooper which was being driven by a woman was entering an intersection as the light was just beginning to change. At the same time a pickup truck with a trailer was making a left turn which caused the mini-cooper to move out of the way. However, the mini-cooper ended up driving into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into a Ford pickup truck.

The driver of the Ford pickup truck was a 37-year-old man who also had his two children with him. The two children, who were ages 11 and three respectively, received medical treatment on the scene, but did not seem to have suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash. The other truck was not physically involved in the actual collision, but a Volvo was reportedly also somehow involved in the crash. The woman driving the mini-cooper suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

Investigators are still working to figure out what exactly had happened and who may have been at fault in the car accident in Georgia. Those who suffered injuries may have the option of filing personal injury lawsuits against those who they believe to have contributed to causing the crash. However, they will only prevail in court if they provide persuasive legal arguments while using sufficient evidence to back up their allegations.
