Family of Ga. woman refiling lawsuit against GM – 11 Alive

Attorneys Lance Cooper and Jere Beasley say that the admission by GM CEO Mary Barra that one of the engineers in the case may have lied under oath in her appearance before congressional committees are cause enough to refile the claims.
