GM To Submit Certain Privileged Ignition Switch Docs – Law 360

General Motors Co.’s attorneys this week told the New York federal court overseeing the ignition switch defect multidistrict litigation that it has agreed to turn over documents that it previously submitted to the government, as well as certain documents relevant to the Georgia state litigation over a confidential settlement reached last year.
