Lawyer Says GM Seeking to Move Wrongful-Death Case to New York – Wall Street Journal

Attorney Sought to Reopen the 2013 Settlement in the Brooke Melton Case

Mr. Cooper said he had received notification of GM’s intentions to ask a Georgia judge to move proceedings in the Melton case to New York.
