Parents of woman killed in crash want GM settlement rescinded, claim fraud – Detroit Free Press

Attorneys Lance Cooper and Jere Beasley say the admission by GM CEO Mary Barra that one of the engineers in the case may have lied under is sufficient cause to refile the claims.
The attorneys said in a statement that they asked GM to “rescind” the settlement for an undisclosed sum, but the automaker refused.
